About David

David Vannoy comes from a family of musicians. His father wanted to enter college as a music major until he was called to be a minister the summer he graduated high school. His mother, a nurse, later became Head of Nursing Education while teaching  piano to many people in the Bethlehem community. David’s brother, Ron, was the choral director at Alexander Central High School for 25 years.

David is a music major from Appalachian State University and has led the music ministry at 4 different churches through his adult life. He worked with the Music Center of Western NC for 20+ years then opened his own business Celestial Sound Design in 2001.
